Centering Justice

Join us on April 19th as we chat about cooperative organizations with Karen Tyler-Ruiz from the Center for Community-Based Enterprise! Together we’ll explore: Why should our organizations become worker-led, cooperatives, or unionized? And how can we transform the structures of our organizations to build power, joy, resilience and justice?

In this chapter of Centering Justice, we will continue our exploration of Just Transition with a focus on building resilience and durable power to transform our organizations. Last chapter, we honored those that are experimenting with and trying out new practices of shared leadership. In April and May, we’ll hear from local community leaders about how we reimagine the structures that underpin our organizations and work. Then, be on the look-out for details about our summer, in-person Centering Justice meetup on June 23rd.
