Turning Insights into Action

Our faculty are widely recognized as impactful researchers, innovative thinkers, leading practitioners, and life-changing educators. Our students benefit from a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to research and learning — throughout Michigan Ross and across the University of Michigan. Research and insights from Michigan Ross faculty help provide answers to the challenges facing business and society.

Faculty Research for Impact (FR4I)

Faculty Research for Impact (FR4I) is a workshop series focused on taking the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and using Michigan faculty research to amplify ideas that directly impact those goals. For each session, Business+Impact hosts an interactive design activity themed around one of the SDGs. Faculty members get a chance to share their research in an informal setting while students from across campus have the opportunity to brainstorm possible next steps for how that research can be applied to real-world applications to make a positive impact in the world.
