Learn moreRethinking Feminisms: Patsy Takemoto Mink and the PacificJudy Wu is a Professor of History and Asian American Studies at the University of California-Irvine, and author of Dr. Mom Chung of the Fair-Haired Bastards: A Life of a Wartime Celebrity (2005), Radicals on the Road: Internationalism, Orientalism, and Feminism (2013). The talk is based on her most recent book, Fierce and Fearless: Patsy Takemoto Mink, First Woman of Color in Congress (2022), a political biography of Mink, the namesake of Title IX.
