2025 Disability Pride Cookout

Open to the public

You’re invited to celebrate Disability Pride at our community cookout! This is your space to eat good food, connect with other disabled folks, and recharge together in a low-spoons environment.

Drop by whenever works for you – this is a come-and-go gathering designed for real life and real bodies. Whether you stay for 20 minutes or the whole time, you belong here. This is your low-spoons space to celebrate, connect, and recharge. We’ll have food, good vibes, and community. Most importantly, we’ll have each other on the eve of a significant day – the 35th anniversary of the ADA being signed into law. On July 26, 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act was signed into law!
