Building off the workshops on Implicit Bias and Microaggressions, participants will turn their attention to strategies to address bias in the workplace. Using case studies and through facilitated discussions, participants in this session will:
Discuss and apply techniques to combat microaggressions, as a bystander or as a recipient
Consider examples of institutional bias and strategies to disrupt them
Identify methods to receive feedback
Length: 2 hours
Audience: All LSA staff, faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates currently employed in LSA are welcome to attend.
