From hairstylists and jewelry makers to urban farmers and furniture makers, our project celebrates artisanal labor–work rooted in creativity, quality, and independence. We provide free support–digital fabrication, AI tools, and more–for worker-owned businesses and cooperatives committed to sustainability and community impact. Open to all Detroit sole proprietors, employee-owned businesses, co-ops, and anyone interested in grassroots tech and just, community-based economies.
