In this session, we will focus on promoting disability inclusion as a key component of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at the university. We aim to enhance understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), dispel ableist myths, and provide best practices for creating inclusive environments. Participants will engage in discussions on raising disability awareness, improving accessibility, and fostering inclusivity within their units and departments.
