In Grixdale Farms, signs of decline and resilience coexist. Once filled with homes rivaling Palmer Woods or the University District, the area now mixes occupied houses with vacant lots and abandoned structures. Amid foreclosures and displacement, residents are working toward inclusive recovery by preserving their stories and shared history. This presentation highlights the story-gathering process and insights shared by residents with the UM project team.
