The Ross Office of DEI invites all Ross community members to attend a Community Conversation to foster community and discuss “What it means to grow our equity-centered knowledge” on February 21st, 12-1:30 PM in B1590.

The Community Conversation will be facilitated by Elizabeth LaFray, ILP Program Manager, and Justine Shelton, DEI Program Manager. The purpose of the conversation is to better understand what it means to grow our equity-centered knowledge.  The facilitators will utilize a case centering Madam CJ Walker to discuss the intersections of race and gender as it relates to entrepreneurship. Participants in this community conversation are invited to share food, learning, and conversation.

Lunch will be served.
