Dr. Yogambigai Rajamoorthy is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Accountancy and Management at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. She holds a PhD and a master’s degree in economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Malaya. Her research focuses on health economics, especially the economic valuation of vaccines, public acceptance of immunization, and public‑health decision‑making. She has contributed to widely cited studies on COVID‑19 vaccine acceptance and dengue awareness, and her work emphasizes aligning health policy with public values.
