October is Disability Awareness Month. A time where we aim to promote, not just awareness but inclusion and acceptance of people with disabilities. Here at the UMDC we advocate for those of different backgrounds and abilities year round, join us on November 7, 2025 for a movie and discussion on the importance of understanding and addressing barriers that people deal with daily. Bring lunch and we will provide snacks and refreshments while we welcome you into our space in an effort to promote awareness, inclusion, and acceptance of people with disabilities.
